when you make initial contact we should be able to give a rough indication of

we offer a free call out service to customers in Bearsden &
Milngavie.
outwith that area the call out charge is £15.
diagnosis
we will give a free full diagnosis of the problem and the likely costs
of repair.
labour
if you wish to go ahead you will be charged for parts, and labour
@ £15/hr pro rata. |

| we can diagnose and repair most hardware
and software faults quickly and with the minimum of fuss. the
problems can range from the machine being completely un-operational
to annoying operating system settings that are driving you up the
wall.
software faults
with software we can fix the problem, reconfigure, reinstall, upgrade
or completely uninstall.
hardware faults
in most cases these will require a new component which we can supply,
install and configure.

the likely causes and how they may be avoided in the future.

why bother ?
every time you use your computer there are temporary log files being
written in the background without your knowledge. very quickly these
can start clogging up your system and causing you problems.
as preventative maintenance ..
a regular service will prevent many of these problems occurring
and keep your system running to it's optimum potential and increase
it's life span.
when performance deteriorates...
if you find your system is running frustratingly slowly or
acting erratically a routine service may be all that is required.
the solution ...
we will clean old entries from the registry, clear unnecessary
temporary files and check the hard disk(s) for faults and fragmentation
and repair any other faults & conflicts that are diagnosed. tweaks
can also be made to optimise operating system settings.
if these have not been carried out for a number of months a service
will produce a noticeable improvement to your system.
